This is how chana chabena is made
Chana chabena is made in a special style in Rewa. This street food is made with the help of grains. This Chana Chabena contains wet peas, gram, dry gram, chilli-ginger, onion-garlic, maize poha, parboiled rice and peanuts. First of all, all these are fried well after adding salt to the pan. After roasting, light oil is added to it. Onion and garlic are also mixed with chilli sauce. Many varieties are available in it. If one wants the taste of peanuts along with the taste of gram and peas, then it is mixed separately. It also gives a different taste with maize poha and soaked rice.
It is also beneficial for health
Antioxidants, anthocyanins and phytonutrients are found in gram. All these elements help in making the heart and blood vessels healthy. Apart from this, potassium, folate and magnesium present in gram are also beneficial for the heart. Many such nutrients are also found in peas, which can be capable of preventing even the most serious diseases. Peas are rich in Vitamin A, Vitamin E, Vitamin D, Vitamin C and Vitamin K. The special thing is that even though this gram is spicy in taste, it is prepared in a completely natural way. This is the reason why it is very beneficial compared to fast food. Neither is it fried in oil nor any harmful spices are added to it.
